Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our under-eye cream. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund your money within 30 days of receiving your item even if you've opened and used the product.

How It Works

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Why We Can't Resell Opened Products

Since cosmetic products cannot be resold once opened for health, safety, and regulatory reasons, your refund means the product is non-returnable. This is a one-time courtesy that reflects our confidence in our formula.

To Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

We'll respond within 1-2 business days with refund instructions. Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@yvsare.com. We'll replace or refund your order right away—no questions asked.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience any irritation, allergic reaction, or adverse response to our under-eye cream, please stop using it and contact us immediately at contact@yvsare.com. We'll provide a full refund and help you find a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refund Timeline

Once you've contacted us and we've processed your refund:

  • Refund approval: 1-2 business days
  • Refund issued: Within 10 business days of approval
  • Bank processing: 5-10 additional business days (varies by your bank/credit card company)

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@yvsare.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without justification. Contact us at contact@yvsare.com to start your return.
